Connell Consulting Solutions was established in 2017 by the Founder and Principal Consultant, Dr. Matthew Connell. With a mission to assist Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy providers in navigating the intricate healthcare system, the firm has been instrumental in optimizing therapy documentation and clinical operation practices.

In 2021, Connell Consulting Solutions embarked on an exciting expansion. Recognizing the importance of professional and leadership development, Connell Consulting Solutions broadened its scope of services to include business and leadership consulting needs in the healthcare sector. This transformative step was spurred by Dr. Connell's personal leadership journey as he pursued his doctorate in leadership, bringing a new level of expertise to the firm. As a result, Connell Consulting Solutions has blossomed into a prominent leadership consulting firm specializing in empowering and cultivating future leaders across various sectors, including business, healthcare, higher education, and non-profit.
